  room was clean and comfortable. the place is old but well kept up. didn't have breakfast this time, but have previously and was very pleased. will very likely stay there again.

  Staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous, (hey 3 points of the scout law. )the room was Clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, could have used some protein

  really only thing, was in our room the outlets were unknowingly tied to a light switch, so when I turned off the lights and went to bed. the fridge, the alarm clock, stopped working, and all the phones and laptops failed to charge because there was no power to them.

  Older hotel that has been nicely refurbished. Clean, quiet. Convenient location. Decent breakfast. Wonderful value.

  For the most part it was ok. We started out bad, the desk person was going to charge us double for the room. Even though we had a confirmation number and total. As it ended he charged us more any way, we are not seasoned travelers not sure since he had a credit card number what would happen other wise.

  It is three blocks from a light rail station. Just a a street away from state street, where you might find any food

  Location and price

  Selection was limited to blueberry muffins, toast, small sweet rolls, waffles or cold cereal. Good except it would have been nice to have Bagels.

  It was decent, not the greatest but you get what you pay for.

  Bed is good. Bathroom is good. TV is ok. Referigator is fine.

  Heater is not working well. Wifi is not working well The door is drafting cold. We put weather stripping.

  Breakfast ok. Price could be less because of condition of place and poor lighting. Furniture old and in need of repair.

  Beds ok. Poor lighting and old electrical outlets and set up of lights--0nly small light by front window and over desk area. 2 small lights at bedside. It will take time to fix up--new owner. Till then I don't know if I will stay again.

  We've stayed here twice now, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The price was excellent for the value, and the staff very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

  The heater was very close to the bed and blew on us all night, and was pretty noisy.
